They should be called OneTwpTrick because they are not be trusted. On a Utair flight you're allowed to take one piece of hand luggage plus a personal item. But booking through them, only one piece of hand luggage and no doubt you'll get charged at the airport for the second piece.

BEFORE you buy any ticket here, try to buy directly from companies not that middleman. You will not return your tickets EVEN if you buy their additional "service" to make sure you are able to return - that additional "service" will cost you more than they return you. So basically they are lying when you buy service that you will be able to return money from your ticket.

The «All-Inclusive» package allows ticket refunds or exchanges without the OneTwoTrip service fee, but does not make a ticket fully refundable. Refund conditions depend on the airline’s fare rules. They fooled me into installing this app with a discount, which ended up being less than 5 percent, but in the process they have completly changed my booking, and it will be almost impossible to control or notice in this app. And after you pay for the wrong booking if you ask for help they, basically, will respond in 2-3 days saying you were to blame for the wrong booking yourself. The change to the booking will cost 2 times more than simply buying a new one elsewhere. Run while you still can!

Good day! We are very sorry to hear that :( Tickets are issued automatically based on the data entered by user during booking. We recommend checking all data before payment to avoid such situations. Correction conditions are set by the airline, not by our service. They are equal for all passengers, regardless of place of purchase.
