About this game

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!
Fragment Zero: The Escape is free to try. Play the opening section at no cost, and unlock the full adventure with a one-time purchase.

A letter arrives. Albert needs your help finding his missing son, Gabriel. As an archaeologist, you have the expertise required to decipher the clues left behind. But when you arrive, the mystery deepens: Albert is missing, too.

Albert, Ingrid, and Gabriel were a family of scientists who spent years isolated in an abandoned castle, researching the near-magical crystals hidden within its walls. Driven by ambition rather than caution, Albert constructed a machine with power far beyond their control. It was a harsh reminder that some inventions are better left unmade.

Step into a world of forgotten beauty and ancient mechanisms. You have arrived in a place that feels out of time—a labyrinth of secrets waiting to be unlocked.
Welcome to Fragment Zero: The Escape, a new chapter set within the Legacy-series-universe.

Thoughtful, atmospheric, and satisfying. The puzzles can be significantly challenging if you avoid hints, but I found the solutions were never at the level of "I would never have thought of that without help" - more like "ah, of course, I really should have thought about why the puzzle looks exactly like that". The developer knows what he's doing and has implemented it all really nicely. Thoroughly recommended. Watch out for Easter Eggs too.

My favourite of the series so far! I also had a quick q about the game and the dev got back to me super quickly, which was so nice. The storyline, mechanics and puzzles are wonderful (of course) but my favourite part by far is the beauty and detail of it all.

Beautiful gameplay and design. While I thought few of the puzzles took a little too much of a leap of logic to solve, really, its just a minor quibble. Outstanding game!
