My experience with this application is very bad and the service is very third class. if you message at night,you are told the rates after including tax, when 20-25 riyals are added on payment and this is added in the name of service charge which is absolutely nothing. If you have to change the date of the ticket, then if you have to cancel it, will have to wait the whole night for the next day.

I had a very bad experience with this app. I booked a ticket through the chuttiapp but the flight got cancelled. I requested them for a refund. They gave me 90 days. I contacted them after 90 days passed. So they don't respond. I have been contacting them for a month but no one is responding. They are neither answering my Email nor answering my WhatsApp. They are not even telling me whether they will refund my money or not.It was a very bad experience, I request everyone to be careful.

SCAM ALERT ⚠️ I paid for a flight ticket through Chutti, but never received a valid ticket. My money was taken, and despite repeated calls and WhatsApp messages, there was no proper response or refund. Be very careful with this app—don’t risk your hard-earned money.
