I love the idea of the service, but this app has problems. It crashes if anything on your phone plays a noise, be it text or advertisement. The purchase system is buggy(bought a book and was only given 2 of 8 parts), and I get the feeling that employee training for dealing with the app is less than uniform based on how they handled/fixed my above issue.

Love SBT content, but the app has been rough. The beginning of every chapter of the book I'm listening to takes some time to...load(?) despite having downloaded it. The result is that it plays for maybe 10 seconds with no audio so I have to go back to catch what I missed every chapter. Definitely breaks any immersion into a book. edit: it doesn't play sound at the start of each chapter until I unlock my phone and re-open the app. so I have to restart each chapter

As others have stated, the content is wonderful, the app leaves a lot to be desired. The Android Auto integration is buggy, it keeps playing the audio but will randomly skip back a few seconds and replay the audio, like a skipping record. Sometimes it will play for a decent length before doing this, other times it will do this every 10s. Extremely frustrating as listening to audiobooks during my commute is my favorite thing.
