No help when needed, customer support pages take me to error codes. It takes payments very inconsistently. When I go to add information to a customer, for it to upload, I have to close then re-open the app. The card reader I have won't connect, either through bluetooth or with a dual USB-C from my Galaxy fold to the reader. The app asks for permissions, that it already has, when I clear the cache, and all the data, and uninstall and reinstall the app, the problem persists. App is far too bugged

The app won't load invoices, you can force close the app multiple times. it forces you to manually input card info as the invoices won't load to use the card reader supplied from quickbooks. After taking manual payment and handing the customer their receipt the app finally loads the invoices in. what use is it to have a function take 10+ minutes to sync while the customer waits to pay. some instances I can create the invoice hours before and it won't load, but some instance where it is instant.

We want to help get this loading issue sorted out, Dustin. Since force closing the app doesn't fix it, there are some other steps listed here you can try (https://tinyurl.com/3t8bspsx). If you're still unable to get the app to load correctly, please email our team so we can investigate further (QBCares@Intuit.com). We'd be happy to help. ^Kristina

Like everything in QBO expect nearly 0 support. You will at most times feel like you're on your own and have to scour the net endlessly for solutions to obscure problems like, "Something went wrong. Wait a moment and try again later." You cant do negative amounts normally, but you could set up negative product/services that could be added one at a time to the sales transaction. Most annoying of all is the 'custom amount' feature. Some idiot with no accounting background thought it up.
