It's ok but I don't see myself playing this game long term... I like the concept of the game and didn't mind paying for no ads but even just on the 2nd clinic I find some stages impossible to pass without the use of diamonds or watching ads to level up certain things. I don't see myself playing for long as I don't want to watch ads or pay to win levels as I progress in the game.

The game would be fun if I could actually play it. It sucks that I am forced to play every event and click on every little thing with no way out instead of being able to play through levels and events as I wish to. Also, I don't appreciate having to watch 2 ads that take a minimum of an entire minute to play every level (playing doesn't guarantee passing, either). The levels take less than 4 minutes, so most of the "play" time is really spent watching ads, being forced into stupid events, etc.

This is a fun game. However, this gane is set up to dish out a lot of money in order to get past the rounds. The timer is too short a lot of the time and there's not enough levels where you're serving a certain amount of customers. There should be a balance. Also, the goal to get to 1 star in each round is too high and customer patience too short. If it was tweaked just a bit to fix these issues, this could be a game full of more fun while playing.
