Shaun nailed it properly!!! I like my SA35 BUT since this worthless app won't "find" my device, I have no choice but to send it back and get my second choice amp. Lack of documentation, lack of support, lack of common sense in producing a $3k machine with such a worthless app to run it!!!!

Just purchased an ARCAM SA35, and while the unit is amazing--I am seriously considering returning it due to how bad the app is. And seeing that it has not been updated in over 8 months, I can see why. Why do people launch amazing products and then try and roll out updates later? What good is this $3500 amp if I hate using it?

used to work , but although hard wired to router WiFi failing to connect to phone. cannot reliably use , each time radia app displays no device
