Was good initially but by the third area the upgrade prices increased exponentially to the point where you're forced to either spend money or watch A LOT of ads in order to afford them. Otherwise it's impossible to complete levels that require you to earn a certain amount or coins. This is on top of already forcing you to watch ads after every level. That's just bad game design.

Thanks for the detailed feedback on My Hotel. We hear you on how steep upgrade costs get by the third area, and on ads showing after every level — that's a real balance issue and not what we want the experience to feel like. We're passing this along to our design team to look at the pacing.

Cant pass level without buying a bonus and I refuse to do this so really spoils the game.

We're sorry to hear that a tricky level is making you feel boxed in — that's definitely not the experience we want. Bonuses should give you a helpful edge, not be a requirement, so we'll pass this feedback on to our design team to take a closer look at the balance.

since yesterday, I'm not getting the boost whenever I load an ad to get that boost. double coins after completing a level, watch ads to get reward strip, watch ads to get free coins, add are loading but it gives nothing.
