The app & website don't work. I got kicked off 2 wks ago, I've emailed & called customer service. I get the generic response from PopShelf/Dollar General, and I know I will get a comment on this review saying the same thing, "We're sorry you're experiencing issues ..please call or email us .." I called last week, the customer service person assured me this would be fixed. A week later, I still can't log in. I had access two weeks ago. Kicked off magically after redeeming a reward. SKETCHY.

The app is ok for letting me know about things going on with merchandise and sales but it's not recognizing my receipts when I scan them and with manual typing. *Edit, I went back to Popshelf today and I still can't submit my receipts. I had 2 and it just comes back saying that they can not be found. However, my best friend submitted hers with no issues.

The Greenwood SC Popshelf store is one of my favorite places in town to shop! ❤️ The employees are so welcoming, helpful & can answer any question I've ever had. They have the most unique seasonal & themed items for a steal! Also, their sales are next level DEALS! Even more, I downloaded their app for additional discounts & sales, and can check out what's new. I also usually grab some cleaning products, pet treats, and little cutesie doodads for both of my offices!! Highly recommend! 🛍
