2026-07: Who hard can it be to make it possible to transfer money from my savings account to my credit card, and vice versa. 2024-06: Not really the apps fault, but the staff is so unintelligent it's amazing. But the app should have a way of talking to the bank so you don't have to phone them from the other side of the world for 3 euros a minute.

Very bad acceptance rate for International Expat from Germany. Do not recommend. Wasted one hour in user interface to upload all documents and finally got rejected. Do not recommend this Credit card and App to expats. Note, the language setting cannot be changed nor the reason for rejection was explained. Please avoid and save your time

Unable to view app in English - further frustrated by nonexistent options indicated by the app Help ChatBot. Decided to withdraw my application & go with a different bank. Not worth the ongoing hassle, especially with automated payments only available after two manual payments and SEPA setup via customer service inquiry only
