TiviMate Companion

(App used on firestick) Great app, but terrible customer service and recent changes have made it much less useful. For 2–3 years, we could use an iPhone to pay and set up multiple people/devices using Fire Sticks. Now they’ve gone back to their old system: no iPhone option and only one account/device setup. I contacted support for an explanation and got a generic response that didn’t answer my questions. It’s a shame because it really is a good app, but I can no longer recommend it.

Pretty good interface except I don't see a way to pay for the lifetime access which was $20. I know they raised their yearly price to $10 now which is why i thought it would make more sense to just pay the $20...the website doesn't offer much in terms of support. It doesn't even show their subscription options. Just a way to delete devices and nothing else.

I love TiviMate it's one of the best I've used. The ONLY complaint I have, well it's not really a complaint more of a suggestion. It would be GREAT if you guys could find a way to add some sort of Sync ability at least for those of us with the paid version. It would be wonderful when you have it on multiple devices if you could just sync all of your content rather than having to manually add everything to each device you have it installed on. But other than that it works great and always has.
