Booktok: Watch Books Explained

As soon as you open the app, it will ask you to rate it. I clicked already rated. Clicked the ignore subscription offer, and it offered me a 3 day trial, which I accepted. I then clicked on the ACOTAR book(only reason I downloaded the app). Just for it to start a short video with completely wrong character look and halfway through the first chapter instead of the beginning of the book! I have read the actual books, so I know it's wrong in the app. Don't even waste your time with this app.

Terrible app. There are no search bars. Most of the ones I saw did not have titles for the books. I didn't even bother looking at the rest, I was too disappointed. There's no comment section. All of the live-action ones load up to 92% and just stop there, not continuing to load. The audiobook sounds terrible. I could keep going on and saying how terrible this app is, but it's not worth my time. Rating this app is the best thing about it. Each episode is less than 20 seconds. Not worth it.

There is NO free trial period. I canceled and Uninstalled 5 minutes after I tried one book and was charged for the full month. When you register the option to "try it for a month" is a little misleading. The"books" are very similar to anime cartoons. Not at all what I expected.
