CELEST5402 Retro Digital Watch

The digital watch of the early eighties, rebuilt properly. CELEST5402 Retro Digital Watch puts a rectangular LCD panel in the middle of a plain round case, with segment digits, a weekday strip running SU through SA across the top, and the seconds ticking away in a smaller readout beside the hours.

Below the time sits the row every LCD watch had: a message envelope, your step count, and the date. The panel reads in 12 or 24 hour format, and the whole thing is drawn as a real display rather than as digits on a screen, down to the unlit segments sitting faintly behind the lit ones. Customization goes deeper than the look suggests: 9 background color variations for the case, 3 inner circle background variations, 5 LCD background color variations and 15 LCD content color variations, so the panel and the case are set independently.
