App won't allow payment from a UK bank card as it flags it as a fraud/scam. Same goes for tickets by SMS text. Ticket booth at Nieuwpoort was unmanned, ticket machine was out of order, list of shops on the app where tickets can supposedly be bought is out of date. All the nearby ones have either closed down or changed owners and don't sell tickets. Gave up and drove there instead.

Updating my previous review. This app is still as bad, lacking features basic Google Maps has (being able to go back in time to check previous departures). A lot of the features that should've been exclusive to this app (live bus tracking, accurate and reliable travel information, etc.) Google Maps can do it more reliably and efficiently. The only thing that this app is useful for is the digital broading pass. But if you have a physical card, this app is completely useless

Multi-billion dollar company, bottom-tier app. De Lijn can't even get basic login and logout functions right. I tried to book a Flexbus, but the app either fails to send a message to my phone number for a new password or the password is wrong even tho it's not. Honestly, this app reflects the real-life service perfectly: unreliable and constantly lagging.
