Zen Educate

Zen Educate is the fairer, tech-enabled alternative to traditional supply agencies - connecting schools and teachers, teaching assistants, SEN TAs, cover supervisors and early years educators.

With the Zen Educate app, teachers can:
• Set availability and manage their calendar to choose when and where to work
• Get smart-matched to roles based on experience, location, and commute preferences
• Accept daily supply, long-term, or permanent bookings instantly
• Track past and upcoming work in one place

For schools:
• Search and book from a curated pool of interviewed, safeguarding-checked staff
• Save preferred educators and rebook them with one tap
• Manage timesheets and reduce admin

Zen Educate charges roughly half typical agency fees, so schools save money and educators earn more. Our matching engine fills over 97% of short-term daily supply roles. Zen Educate is recognised by Social Enterprise UK and accredited on the Crown Commercial Service framework.
