It's legitimately insane that my brother printer has scanning settings that are just absent from this mobile app. It's so easy to scan from the smartphone, but I'm capped at a lower dpi than I want... for seemingly no reason. And the PC scanning app has a higher dpi than that machine settings! it's wild! there's absolutely no consistency between UI modes!

The app works fine for me but WHY is it named mobile connect instead of ANYTHING that includes "Brother" or "Printer" in the name? Every time I need to use the app I try to search and come up empty. It's an incredibly forgettable name to try to remember for an app people only use once in a while. Seriously, rename it. Or at least tweak the app details so it can be found using common sense search terms.

The Brother Mobile Connect app keeps dropping its connection to my MFC printer. They are on the same network, and the WIFI settings are correct, but when I try to print anything from my phone I am unable to select the printer. It's sleeping and unavailable. I try to wake it up in the Mobile Connect app, but I end up having to download the document then opening the app and opening documents there to print. This is ridiculous and inconvenient. I should have stuck with a different brand.
