Customer Spark

This app has gotten consistently worse since I joined the program. It used to work seamlessly. Now, everything I click on in the app takes forever and a day to load. I can't even update my profile because it just won't load. Sometimes it takes a full minute for a survey to load. And before I get a generic tech support reply, yes the app is up to date and yes I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. It is still unbelievably slow.

I have been a user from the beginning. The app is glitchy and unreliable. I went weeks without being able to log in because "Ooops, there was a problem." Now I randomly received an email that I have "successfully unsubscribed" when I absolutely did not. It is a multi-point unsubscribe process which makes it even more ABSOLUTE that I did not unsubscribe. Also, the $15 I had sitting in my account.....they say I "forfeited it when I unsubscribed." Terrible customer service.

It's great getting points towards a gift card for just answering some surveys but this is the glitchiest app I've ever used in my life, for anything. Everytime it gets an update, I hope it's going to be better, but it never is. Constant login issues, frequent failure to load screens, notifications either never show up, show up days later than they should, or continue to show up after you've done the thing the notification is telling you to do. Just so so very buggy.
