Choose which apps can use the internet. Firewall AI is a no-root firewall for Android that puts app connections, mobile data and DNS filtering under your control. Allow the apps you need, block unwanted connections and see where your phone connects.

An app can contact advertising, analytics or other services even when you are not actively using it. Instead of guessing what happens in the background, review its network activity and decide what to allow.

INTERNET ACCESS, APP BY APP
• Allow or block Wi-Fi, mobile data and roaming separately for each app.
• Keep selected apps on Wi-Fi only to limit their mobile data use.
• Block internet access for apps that do not need an online connection.
• Switch the firewall on or off from Android Quick Settings.

SEE WHERE YOUR APPS CONNECT
Use the connection log to review outgoing traffic, with app names, destination IP addresses, countries, times and available host or domain details. Data counters help you spot unexpected network activity. Tags and filters make it easier to find the apps you want to check.

Try it with a newly installed app: review its connections, consider whether those destinations are needed and adjust its internet access. The log helps you make informed choices instead of blocking unfamiliar addresses blindly.

DNS FILTERING AND TRACKER CONTROL
Choose a DNS provider or configure a custom DNS server. DNS-based filtering can help block connections to listed tracking, advertising and phishing domains. Combine destination filtering with per-app rules for more control over unwanted requests.

Blocking depends on the selected filters and how an app connects. It does not remove every advert or prevent every form of tracking.

AI-ASSISTED NETWORK PROTECTION
Deep Detective™ helps identify suspicious connection patterns. The intrusion prevention system, or IPS, uses filter lists to help block known malicious and tracking destinations. Filter lists cover more than 10 million domains, including malware, tracking and spyware destinations. These checks complement the internet rules you set yourself.

Firewall AI focuses on outgoing network connections. It is not a file-scanning antivirus or a replacement for protection against incoming network attacks.

LOCAL FILTERING, WITHOUT ROOT
Traffic filtering runs on your device through Android's VPN interface. There is no external firewall VPN server routing your browsing, and you do not need to root your phone. The app has no advertising. Connection logs and rules stay on your device; details about licensing and other online functions are explained in the privacy policy.

ANDROID VPN SERVICE
This anti spy firewall app uses the Android VPN Service to route traffic to itself so that it can be filtered on-device instead of on a server.

Firewall AI does not change your location or hide your public IP address. Android allows one active VPN service per user profile, so it cannot run alongside another VPN in the same profile.
