I’m changing my review to five stars because they refunded my money quickly and handled everything very professionally. They were easy to communicate with and did everything they could to assist me. I also understand that I made a mistake by allowing the trial period to end before canceling the subscription. Still, I truly appreciate their help and understanding. There are no more problems, and the issue regarding the subscription has been completely resolved.

At first I thought it was a good app for my kids but now I am not so sure. Firstly they have a lot of apps with rhe same name but just a little variation so you can get confused as to which you have bought a subscription to. Then this particular app keeps signing me out! So naturally i get confused which one of their zillion apps I have a subscription to!! N in a moment when I want to tend to things which is the only time I give my kids the iPad, have to sit and figure all this out! Terrible!
