Crest Vigil

Crest Vigil is a countdown app built for people who want their upcoming events front and center. No accounts, no subscriptions, no clutter — just clean, large digits showing exactly how much time remains before the moments that matter most.

Add any event with a name and date, and the app immediately starts counting down days, hours, and minutes in bold, easy-to-read typography. The display is designed to be striking without being busy, so your events always feel urgent and real.

All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere, nothing requires a connection. Open the app anytime and your countdowns are right there.

The interface uses a geometric SVG pattern background that keeps things visually interesting while staying subtle enough that the countdown numbers remain the focus. A smooth animated splash screen greets you on launch, and empty states guide you clearly when no events have been added yet.

You can customize the experience through the settings panel, where language options and haptic feedback controls let you adjust the feel of the app to your preference.

Crest Vigil works entirely offline and always will.
